While much of the course meanders through typical Algarvian pine woods, it also opens to stunning ocean vistas and distant mountain backdrops. Featuring the gorgeous topography on the Quinta do Lago estate, bordering the Rio de Formosa and the salt water lagoons. The bermuda grass fairways are typically in excellent condition. Holes 12 through 16 turn back toward the Atlantic, a demanding yet scenic stretch.
