The course underwent significant earth movement to sculpt the landscape, resulting in interconnected lakes that pose strategic challenges across both the front and back nine holes. Birch trees line the first eight holes, complemented by nearly two thousand new plantings for enhanced course definition as they mature.

SIGHTSEEING: Barcelona is the 11th most visited city in the world according to MasterCard’s Global Destinations Index and 3rd most popular in Europe behind London and Paris. There’s a lot to like in this Olympic City (1992) from the food to the beaches, the weather and the night life. For many visitors however Barcelona is about architecture, especially the work of Antoni Gaudi. His Sagrada Familia in the city center is astounding. Construction began on the church in 1882; it is scheduled for completion in 2026 on the 100th anniversary of Gaudi's death. Azamara ships will almost always dock at the foot of Las Ramblas just steps from the Christopher Columbus statue. You will literally walk off the ship and into the city. No taxi required!

Only 20 minutes from Cannes is the five star Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort. Billionaire German businessman Dietmar Hopp, one of the SAP AG founders, gave former Ryder Cup golfer turned architect Dave Thomas a spectacular 300 hectare site and a healthy budget to do something special and he has. Le Château winds through pine and oak clad hills and valleys providing sweeping panoramas of neighboring Provence villages and the Southern Alps. Golf Handicap Limit: The golf courses we play around the world offer varying challenges. Players often require to be of a certain standard to properly and fully experience them in the company of likeminded fellow golfers. We therefore set a maximum permitted golf handicap to participate on our tours and cruises; The maximums are 28 for men and 36 for ladies.

Golf Courses: The included list may be subject to change in the event of any club accepting any conflicting national or international event, or for any other reason. Should such a situation occur, PerryGolf will endeavour to book a course of comparable standard, and all booked guests would be notified of the change and replacement venue at the earliest opportunity.

Transfers: No transfers are included to or from the ship at arrival/departure airports.
