Old Head Golf Links is built on a 220-acre diamond of land jutting out over two miles into the Atlantic near Kinsale, Ireland. Except for its land bridge to the mainland, the promontory is an island rising up to 300 feet above the sea.
The setting ranks among the most spectacular in all of golf alongside the links of Pebble Beach and Cape Kidnappers. This par 72 links can stretch to over 7,200 yards but there are a minimum of six tees per hole so players of all ability can find a comfort zone. Nine holes play along the cliff tops, and all eighteen holes provide stunning ocean views. With the ever-changing sea breezes, the course rarely plays the same two days in a row.
Facilities include a warm up range with complimentary balls and a short game practice area. The clubhouse offers a wide selection of quality food and drink enjoyed with one of the great views in the game. A memorable Irish experience awaits you at Old Head Golf Links.
